Tello Firmware was WAY out of date (Update Guide) YouTube
The tello app informs me that there is new (May 2022) firmware for the Talent as well as new firmware for the expansion pack. But I can't see how to update the expansion pack since the app mentions a Robomaster Assistant being needed and I can't find where to get this.

#1 Hi, having an issue updating the firmware. The app is reporting that the current version is 01.04.92.01, and when I attempt to update it says it's the latest firmware. I have seen the other threads, saying to install the app version 1.1.1, which I have tried, but it says the same thing, but in Chinese.

Now, on my Tello app, I get Firmware Version: 01.04.78.01 (Update button in blue) Loader Version: 00.00.01.05 App Version: 1.3.0 So, I've downloaded 7MB of firmware then I've tried to update firmware on Tello.

Or may be something with SSL communication problems. However, I found the solution for Android users: 1. Download old version TELLO Android app v1.1.2 and conduct normal firmware update process (with network switching, follow the on-screen instructions) 2. After firmware upgrade, reset Tello (hold power button for 5 sec on powered device), then re-configure and recalibrate.
